By registering with PRO Fitness Gym, the member acknowledges that participation in any exercise program, use of gym equipment, or attendance at the facility involves inherent risks. The member voluntarily assumes full responsibility for any injury, illness, disability, property loss, major accident, or death that may occur while using the gym or participating in any fitness-related activity. PRO Fitness Gym, its owners, management, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the member's participation. Members are encouraged to consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.
Online registrations will only be considered confirmed once payment has been verified by PRO Fitness Gym. Members must upload a clear screenshot of the payment receipt and provide the correct transaction reference number before submitting their registration. Any incomplete, incorrect, or unverifiable payment information may result in delays or rejection of the registration. Any attempt to exploit system loopholes, including but not limited to altering membership dates, extending membership validity without authorization, submitting false payment information, or any other fraudulent activity, will be considered abuse of the system. Such registrations may be automatically flagged, suspended, or cancelled without prior notice.
All membership fees and payments made to PRO Fitness Gym are final and non-refundable. Members are responsible for carefully reviewing their selected membership plan and ensuring their decision before making payment. Refunds, credits, or cancellations will not be granted due to change of mind, schedule conflicts, relocation, medical conditions, non-usage of the membership, or any other personal circumstances, except where required by applicable law.
Members are expected to use all gym equipment and facilities responsibly and according to their intended purpose. Any damage caused through negligence, misuse, reckless behavior, or intentional acts shall be the sole responsibility of the member. The member agrees to pay the full cost of repair or replacement, including any associated labor or service fees, as determined by PRO Fitness Gym. The gym also reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership of individuals who repeatedly violate equipment usage policies.
All members are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward fellow members, staff, and gym property. Harassment, threatening behavior, discrimination, theft, vandalism, unauthorized commercial activities, use of prohibited substances, or repeated violations of gym rules will not be tolerated. PRO Fitness Gym reserves the right to deny entry, suspend, or permanently terminate any membership without refund if a member is found to have violated these terms or engaged in conduct that compromises the safety, security, or positive environment of the facility.
User – Any individual who creates an account to access our website, member portal, or any digital tools and applications provided by us. A User is not automatically a Gym Member.
Member – A User who has purchased and maintained an active gym membership (Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly) and is entitled to the benefits included in their selected membership plan.
Facility – Refers to our gym premises, equipment, classes, online services, and any other services we provide.
To register as a User or Member:
Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Users may create an account to access features such as gym information, online bookings, progress tracking, workout programs, nutrition tools, digital applications, announcements, community features, and other services made available through the platform.
Creating a User account does not grant access to gym facilities or Member-exclusive benefits.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, all activities performed using their account, and immediately notifying us of unauthorized access.
Membership becomes active only after successful registration, verification of required information, full or approved payment, and acceptance by management.
Membership plans may include Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, or promotional plans offered from time to time. Membership benefits vary depending on the selected plan.
Memberships are not guaranteed to renew automatically unless explicitly stated. Members are responsible for renewing their memberships before expiration to maintain uninterrupted access.
Expired memberships may lose access to gym entry, Member-exclusive digital features, classes, programs, discounts, and other Member benefits.
All membership fees are payable according to the selected membership plan, must be paid on or before the due date, and may be subject to applicable taxes and service charges. Prices may change without prior notice for future memberships or renewals.
If offered by the gym, Members may request to temporarily freeze their membership subject to management approval, submission of supporting documents when required, and applicable administrative fees. Frozen memberships do not guarantee extension unless specifically approved.
Members agree to respect staff and fellow members, use equipment responsibly, return equipment after use, wear appropriate workout attire, maintain proper hygiene, follow posted gym policies, and comply with safety instructions.
The following are also prohibited: violence, intimidation, smoking or vaping in restricted areas, and unsafe or reckless use of equipment. These are in addition to the conduct standards described in Section 5.
Members acknowledge that exercise carries inherent risks, that they voluntarily participate in all activities, and that they are responsible for consulting a physician before beginning any exercise program. Members will immediately stop exercising if they experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms, and should disclose any known medical conditions that may affect safe participation.
Users and Members may access online features including workout tracking, scheduling, membership management, digital forms, fitness tools, progress reports, notifications, and other applications. Availability of features may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue any feature at any time.
Users may not attempt unauthorized access, share accounts, upload malicious software, reverse engineer the platform, disrupt system operations, use automated bots without permission, or engage in fraudulent activities. Violations may result in permanent account termination.
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your information for purposes including account management, membership administration, payments, security, customer support, service improvements, and legal compliance. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
For security, promotional, and community purposes, photos or videos may occasionally be taken inside the facility. By entering the premises, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in such media. If you prefer not to be featured in promotional materials, please notify management.
We may modify operating hours, equipment, classes, trainers, facilities, digital services, and membership benefits. Such changes do not automatically entitle Members to refunds.
All website content, logos, software, graphics, videos, documents, and digital tools remain the property of the gym or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without written permission.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated versions become effective upon posting on our website or application. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
By completing the online registration, submitting payment, creating a User account, or using our facilities, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not create an account, register, or use our services.
